A new review is missing

First of all, where is the review missing from?

  1. Is it missing from Trustindex?

    Solution: It hasn’t been a full 24 hours. Please allow 24 hours to pass for the review to update on Trustindex after it has been published on the original platform. Unfortunately we are subjected to the original platform as they provide the data. But in the case of a paid subscription, this updates at least once a day.

  2. It’s in Trustindex but it’s missing from the widget?

    Solution: The settings of the widget might prevent the review from displaying. It is common because of the review length filter / rating filter / etc. It’s also possible that tags or language filters that have been applied are causing the issue.

  3. The widget must display the review

    Solution: The default setting for the refresh rate is daily. If you modified the refresh rate setting, that might be why your widget might not have refreshed in the past couple days. If you would like your widgets to update more frequently, you may modify this in the settings of your widget > More settings > Other > Refresh rate. Don’t forget to save after making the adjustments. After the manual save the review should appear within seconds.
