Can I hide reviews from the Review Summary Page?

No, reviews on the Trustindex Review Summary Page cannot be hidden. All reviews must be displayed exactly as they appear on their original platforms to ensure transparency and avoid misleading visitors.

Why reviews can’t be hidden

  • Authenticity matters – Reviews must reflect the original source without modification

  • Customer trust – Selectively hiding reviews on the summary page would be misleading

  • Platform compliance – Displaying full review data helps meet fairness and transparency standards

For these reasons, Trustindex requires that all reviews on the Review Summary Page remain fully visible.

Important note

While reviews cannot be hidden on the Review Summary Page, you can hide reviews in review widgets on your website, using the Hide option in your Review Management  dashboard.
