Can I use AI Reply without subscribing to automatic replies?

How does manual AI Reply work?
Even without subscribing to automatic replies, you can still generate responses using AI.
To do this:
Go to the Review Management menu in your Trustindex account.
Find the review you want to respond to.
Click the “Reply with ChatGPT” button under the review.
Review the generated response.
Edit or regenerate it if needed.
From here, you have two options for posting your reply.
How can I publish the reply?
Option 1: Manual posting (all platforms)
Copy the generated reply
Paste it into the response box on the original review platform
Post it there
This works for any review source.
Option 2: Direct posting to Google
If your Google Business Profile connection is set up in the AI Reply settings, you can:
Generate the reply in Review Management
Upload it directly to Google from the same interface
This removes the need to copy and paste.
