How can I hide a review from my review widget?
Summary:
If a review doesn’t qualify as spam but you don’t want it displayed on your website, you can hide it from your Trustindex review widgets. Hidden reviews will no longer appear in widgets but will remain visible on your public review summary page.
Hide reviews from review widgets (without deleting them)
Trustindex allows you to control which reviews appear in your website widgets. Hiding a review only affects review widgets, not the original review or your public review page.
How to hide a review
Steps:
Open your Trustindex dashboard
Go to Review management
Find the review you want to remove from widgets
Click the Hide button
Once hidden, the review:
❌ Will not appear in review widgets
✅ Will remain visible on your public review summary page
Hide vs. spam reporting
Use Hide if the review is real but you don’t want to display it
Use Report as spam if the review is fake, misleading, or violates platform rules
