Summary:Tags allow you to categorize reviews based on specific criteria, such as service type, location, product category, or campaign source.
Add tags manually to individual reviews
Set up automatic tagging using keywords
With automatic tagging, the system assigns tags when certain keywords appear in a review. This is especially useful if you receive a high volume of feedback and want to organize it efficiently.
Tags are ideal if:
You want to group reviews by service type
You want to display only certain reviews in a specific widget
You need internal categorization without separating domains
Filters allow you to narrow down reviews based on specific attributes.
You can filter by:
Star rating
Review length
Language
Platform (Google, Facebook, etc.)
And other available criteria
Filters are useful when you want to display only selected types of reviews in your widgets without permanently separating them.
If you want to fully separate reviews (for example, for different businesses, brands, or websites), you can create additional company/domain profiles.
You can switch or add profiles in the top left corner of the admin dashboard.
Each profile can:
Have its own connected platforms
Have its own review set
Use separate widgets
Be managed independently
This is the best solution if:
You manage multiple businesses
You operate in multiple countries or languages
You want completely separate review management
Use tags if you want flexible categorization within the same business.
Use filters if you only need display-level separation.
Use separate profiles if you want completely independent review management.
If you’re unsure which setup fits your case best, contact our support team and describe how you’d like to structure your reviews.
