Steps to change your plan

To modify your subscription:

1. Log in to your Trustindex account.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Open My Package.
4. Click on Change Package.
5. Select your new plan and confirm.

How pricing and validity work

When switching plans, Trustindex adjusts your subscription based on your remaining time:

• Upgrading your plan:
  • No extra payment is required immediately
  • Your remaining balance is applied to the higher plan
  • The new validity period will be shorter than 365 days
• Downgrading your plan:
  • Your remaining balance is recalculated accordingly
  • The validity period will be adjusted based on the lower plan

What happens after the new validity ends?

Once the adjusted validity period expires:

• Your subscription will renew for a full year (365 days)
• You will be charged based on the plan you are on at the time of renewal
