How do I edit or delete a review I left on Trustindex?
Summary:You can manage your Trustindex reviews through your reviewer profile. After logging in with the same method you used when submitting the review, you'll be able to delete existing reviews or update them by submitting a new version.
Step 1: Log in to your reviewer profile
- Go to the company's Review Summary Page where you originally left your review.
- Scroll down and look for the "Login for reviewers" box in the right sidebar.
- Sign in using the same method you used when submitting your review:
- Google login, or
- Email verification
After a successful login, you'll be taken to your reviewer profile.
Step 2: View your reviews
In your reviewer profile, you'll see a list of all the reviews you've submitted through Trustindex.
From here, you can choose to delete or update a review.
How to delete a review
To permanently remove a review:
- Find the review you want to delete.
- Click the red "Delete" button above the review.
- Confirm the deletion.
Once deleted, the review will no longer be displayed.
How to edit a review
Trustindex does not provide a direct "Edit" button for reviews.
Instead:
- Open the company's Review Summary Page by clicking the company name at the top of the review.
- Click "Write a review".
- Submit an updated version of your review.
Because a reviewer can only have one review per company, your newly submitted review will automatically replace the previous one.
Important notes
- You must log in using the same verification method used when submitting the original review.
- Only one review per reviewer is allowed for each company.
- Submitting a new review for the same company replaces the existing review.
