How does AI Reply work?

Two ways to use AI Reply

Trustindex offers two types of AI Reply:

  • Automatic AI Reply

  • Manual AI Reply

Each serves a different use case depending on how you want to manage your responses.


Automatic AI Reply

Automatic AI Reply handles responses for you without manual input.

  • Available for: Google, Facebook, and Trustindex reviews

  • Requires an active subscription (29 USD / source / year)

  • Replies are generated and posted automatically

The AI analyzes incoming reviews and publishes responses based on their content and sentiment. This is ideal if you want a fully hands-off solution.


Manual AI Reply

Manual AI Reply gives you more control over each response.

To use it:

  1. Go to the Review Management menu.

  2. Select a review.

  3. Generate an AI reply.

  4. Edit or regenerate the response if needed.

  5. Copy and paste it into the original platform’s reply field.

This option works with any review source, even if automatic posting is not supported.


Can I post replies directly from Trustindex?

In some cases, yes.

If your Google Business Profile connection is set up in the AI Reply settings, you can:

  • Generate replies in Review Management

  • Post them directly from Trustindex without copying

Otherwise, replies need to be manually copied and added to the original platform.
