Summary:Review synchronization depends on your subscription type:
Free plan: Most review platforms update automatically at least once every 24 hours
Paid subscription: Reviews update usually multiple times per day
This means newly published reviews are not displayed instantly, as Trustindex regularly syncs data from the original review platforms.
After a review is published on your connected platform (for example, Google or Facebook), please allow up to a full 24 hours for it to appear in your Trustindex account.
If the review still does not show after this time:
Make sure the platform is properly connected
Check whether the review is publicly visible on the original platform
Clear your browser cache, as this might cause the review not appearing on your end
Keep in mind that Trustindex displays publicly available review data provided by the external platform.
Even after the review appears in your Trustindex dashboard, your widget may not refresh immediately on your website. To speed this process up, you can try clearing your browser cache too, as it can retain an older version of your website for a few hours, causing the new review not to appear immediately on your end.
Also, each widget has its own update schedule, which you can modify in the widget’s settings.
To adjust it:
Open your widget settings
Locate the Other settings - Refresh rate option
Set your preferred interval
If more than 24 hours have passed and the review is:
Publicly visible on the original platform
Your platform connection is active
