  1. Go to Facebook Business Integrations:
    https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=business_tools

  2. Find Trustindex in the list and remove it

  3. Go back to Trustindex admin:
    https://admin.trustindex.io/site/platforms

  4. Try to connect Facebook again

  5. When Facebook asks for permissions, select all pages you want to connect (including previously connected pages — this is important!)

  6. Save the settings

Note: If you had previously denied data access, you may need to resave your widgets to regenerate them with the new permissions. This usually happens automatically, but may take some time.
