Paid for Trustindex but Still in Free Package? Here’s What to Do

How to fix: I paid, but my account still shows the free package

After payment, your Trustindex account should upgrade automatically. In most cases, this happens immediately, but sometimes it may take a few minutes for the payment to be processed. If your account still shows the free package after waiting, contact our support team.


Why the upgrade might be delayed

  • Payment must be processed by the financial institution handling the transaction

  • Usually happens instantly, but occasionally it may take 1–2 minutes

  • During this time, your account may still display the free package


What to do

  1. Wait a few minutes (e.g., 5 minutes) and try logging in to your account again

  2. If your account still hasn’t updated, contact Trustindex support at:
    support@trustindex.io

  3. Provide details such as:

    • Payment confirmation

    • Email address linked to your account


Invoice information

  • After a successful payment, the invoice is sent automatically

  • Check your inbox (and spam folder) for the email

  • The invoice can also be viewed in your account: Settings > Payment history & Invoice
