How to fix: I paid, but my account still shows the free package

Why the upgrade might be delayed
Payment must be processed by the financial institution handling the transaction
Usually happens instantly, but occasionally it may take 1–2 minutes
During this time, your account may still display the free package
What to do
Wait a few minutes (e.g., 5 minutes) and try logging in to your account again
If your account still hasn’t updated, contact Trustindex support at:
support@trustindex.io
Provide details such as:
After a successful payment, the invoice is sent automatically
Check your inbox (and spam folder) for the email
The invoice can also be viewed in your account: Settings > Payment history & Invoice
