How to reply to reviews manually in Trustindex

Where can I find my reviews?

To manually reply to your reviews:

  1. Log in to your Trustindex account.

  2. Go to the Review Management menu in the dashboard.

  3. You’ll see all your collected reviews listed in one place.

This centralized view helps you monitor feedback across platforms without switching between multiple accounts.


How do I reply to a review?

Inside the Review Management section:

  • Select the review you want to respond to.

  • Click on the Reply option.

  • Write your response and submit it.

Please note: You can only post the reply directly to your Google platform if you are signed in to it, under the Reply settings menu. With other platforms, or if you are not signed in to Google, you will have to click on Copy and then manually paste the reply on the original platform's interface.

Your reply will then appear under the review on the original platform (if you use and are signed in, to Google).
