Why aren’t my reviews updating automatically?

Automatic synchronization is available only with a paid Trustindex subscription.

If you’re using one of our free WordPress plugins, the system works differently:

  • The 10 latest reviews are imported when you first connect

  • Reviews do not update automatically afterward

  • New reviews won’t appear unless you manually refresh them

This is a limitation of the free version.

How can I manually update my reviews?

You can force a manual update from your WordPress admin area.

Follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Trustindex plugin settings

  2. Open the My Reviews tab

  3. Click the manual update option

Please note:

  • Manual updates are available approximately once every 1–2 weeks

  • Frequent refreshing is not supported in the free version

How can I enable automatic updates?

If you need:

  • Regular automatic synchronization

  • More than 10 reviews

  • More advanced review management

You’ll need to upgrade to a premium Trustindex subscription.

With a paid plan, reviews update automatically and more frequently, depending on your package.
