What is the "Final Transfer" feature in the Connect Platforms menu?
Summary:The Final Transfer feature allows you to permanently transfer reviews from another platform to Trustindex. Once transferred, the reviews appear as Trustindex reviews, giving you a unified collection of customer feedback in one place.
How Final Transfer works
When you use Final Transfer:
Reviews remain on the original platform, but in Trustindex they are listed as Trustindex reviews
The original source cannot be deleted or reconnected
The original source will no longer sync new reviews after the transfer
Transferred reviews are fully integrated into Trustindex and visible to everyone
